I have sent support emails twice, but have received no response. I hope the forum will work...

I have a Gold Membership, and I can not download anything from the site. I searched the forums, but they have a timestamp of 2007 and 2008.

Can anyone assist me?

Greetings, I am getting the following error message when I load the Catalook101_Catalook.zip skin. The Catalook101_skin.zip and Catalook101_Container.zip files load fine. Catalook_101_skin-pack_2006-11-28.zip question

Greetings, I have a question about the “Catalook_101_skin-pack_2006-11-28” skin pack I purchased. It contains 3 zip filed. I loaded the zip labeled Skins and the zip labeled Containers. However, as a newbie to DNN I don’t know what to do with the 3rd zip file named “Catalook101_Catalook.zip”. The readme file doesn’t mention that file. I’d appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction. Thanks

It seems that you have not yet authorised your gold membership subscribers to download containers # 265 - 269. I assume that these are the conainers that you have planned for use with simple skin collection # 2?

Answer:
Yes. The simple skin #2 is included in the gold membership and it does support Catalook.

Based on your reply I have purchased the gold membership however the downloads area doesn't have simple skin # 2 available as a download. Please can you correct this.

I have a Gold membership and I notice that there are a few skins, including the latest one, that are not available in the downloads section. Will these be available soon?

In the announcements forum, the "See Live" link for SimpleLinks module does not work. It redirects to Simple Toolbar. Am I missing something?
